Job Description
Summary:
On behalf of our client we are looking for enthusiastic and customerfocused Sales Representatives to join their retail team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving sales delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Requirements
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
- Ensure products are well displayed and shelves are fully stocked
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns efficiently
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing Business or a related field
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
