Job Description
Immediate Need: Experienced Grout/Cement Worker Louisiana
Were urgently seeking a skilled grout/cement worker for a contract position in Louisiana starting 4/29/25. This role requires an active TWIC card and Basic Plus certification as well as DISA compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform grout and cement work according to project specifications.
- Lift and move heavy equipment.
- Operate a jackhammer for chipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with framing and rebar work.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of grout and cement experience preferred.
- Valid TWIC card (required).
- Basic Plus certification (preferred).
- Active DISA compliance.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in operating a jackhammer.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Must provide 3 professional references.
- Availability to work a 7/12 schedule.
- Must be able to immediately go to take safety courses background checks and drug screens as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $26.00 $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Weekly pay.
- Mileage reimbursement to and from the project.
- Travel expenses covered.
- Per diem provided.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a tool room or manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of tools and equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Repetitive motions, such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
