Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves understanding customer needs presenting appropriate solutions and negotiating terms to close sales successfully.
Job Description
- Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Assess client needs and present suitable products services and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
- Prepare presentations proposals and sales contracts
- Participate in exhibitions conferences and networking events
- Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
Must have skills:
1. Lead Generation
2. Initiating Contact
3. Conducting Presentations & Demos
4. Negotiation & Closing
5. Account Management
6. Sales Planning & Reporting
Requirements
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Must be Graduate
