Job Description
- Lead leasing activities across permitted and pipeline Real Estate projects
- Identify and secure tenants via direct outreach and broker networks
- Build and maintain a strong network within the commercial real estate market
- Negotiate lease terms and support contract
- Coordinate viewings and meetings with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide aftercare and ongoing support for newly onboarded tenants
- Cooperate closely with development legal marketing and project teams
- Report regularly to internal stakeholders on leasing progress and market dynamics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing preferably industrial or logistics
- Strong commercial instincts and salesdriven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills naturally extroverted and communicative
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Knowledge of the Czech CRE market particularly in Bohemia
- Fluent English & Czech required
- University degree in business economics construction or similar preferred
- Fulltime Praguebased role with national leasing scope
- Direct reporting line to Deputy COO; strong involvement in strategic projects
