Role: Executive HR generalist
Reporting to: General Manager HR
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 6 years

Job Responsibilities:
- Hand on experience in using job portals like Naukri linkedin.
- Experience in stakeholders management understanding the requirement & give weekly hiring update.
- Experience in manpower budgeting. Work on quarterly to yearly plan
- Experience of prioritizing & allocation of task assigned
- Ready to travel to factory twice a month.
- Experience of employee branding on social sites
- Responsible for handling employee cycle.
- Acts as a single point of the contact. Should have zeal to drive employee engagement must have experience in employee engagement & employee retention.
- To initiate and coordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives
- To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal
- Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews Clearance formalities issuing relieving letters
- Good in listening English communication & inter personal skills
- Must be well versed with MS Excel PowerPoint
Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources.
- 36 years of experience in generalist profile in pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in IIRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills extrovert.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and DEADLINES.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of the business and its impact on organization.
