Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Procurement Specialist to join the growing team of a leading company in international vehicle exports specializing in B2B operations from Canada.
The successful candidate will play a key role in handling the full procurement cycle from sourcing and quotations to order confirmation and delivery coordination. This role supports our dynamic procurement and sales departments and offers a great opportunity to grow within the vehicle sales and export industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle: request for quotation sourcing presenting to sales order confirmation and delivery followup.
- Maintain and build relationships with vendors; prepare contracts and agreements for signature.
- Utilize MS Excel and provider platforms for procurement activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department and procurement team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and export regulations.
Profil
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum college degree required.
- Experience: 2 3 years in the automotive industry preferably in vehicle sales or as a financial manager in a dealership.
- Languages: Proficient in English; French is an asset. Russian is beneficial for internal communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding or willingness to learn about dealership and export regulations.

Employment Type Contract/ Fulltime Hybrid (occasional client meetings)
Reports To: Directly to the Procurement Manager and General Manager
License Requirement: Must possess a valid driver s license and personal vehicle
High school diploma; At least 3 years of relevant experience; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Valid driver's license; Sense of responsibility and commitment; Planning and organizational skills; Resourcefulness, autonomy, good judgment and flexibility; Experience and/or knowledge in the field of heavy machinery or general mechanics; Working language: English-French is an asset.
