Job Description
Optometrist Opportunity – Southern Minnesota
A wellestablished private practice in southern Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends no afterhours and no oncall responsibilities ensuring excellent worklife balance.

- 4Day Work Week: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1hour lunch
- PatientCentered Care:
- 1416 full refractive exams per day
- 24 limited exams (IOP checks OCT CL/Rx checks)
- 2 emergency exams (AM & PM dayof scheduling)
- Max 22 patient encounters/day to maintain quality care
- Highly Trained Support Staff:
- 2 technicians 1 optician 1 front desk staff—all crosstrained for efficiency
- StateoftheArt Equipment:
- Fully equipped exam lanes with Reichert Topcon and Marco technology
- Optos California Heidelberg Spectralis OCT Zeiss Humphrey Fields Dry Eye Module
- Advanced diagnostic and imaging tools to support comprehensive patient care
Competitive Salary & Benefits
Two Compensation Models to Choose From:
Option 1:
- $150000 – $170000 base salary OR 16 productionbased pay whichever is higher (paid quarterly)
- $5000 relocation reimbursement (receipts required)
- Full benefits package
Option 2:
- $110000 base salary OR 17 productionbased pay whichever is higher (paid monthly)
- $14000 signing bonus $7000 on Day 1 $7000 at 6 months)
- $5000 relocation reimbursement (receipts required)
- $100000 student loan reimbursement (longterm contract required)
- Partnership & ProfitSharing Eligibility after 2 years
Benefits for Both Options Include:
- 3 weeks PTO 8 sick days
