We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in lead generation and corporate gifting/cards industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and nurturing existing relationships to generate repeat business.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking cold calling and market research.
Pitch corporate gifting solutions (including gift cards vouchers and customized gifting programs) to clients across various industries.
Manage endtoend sales cycle – from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Track sales metrics prepare reports and present updates to senior management.
Stay updated on market trends competitor offerings and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–12 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the corporate gifting/cards domain.
Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore and/or across India.
Proven experience in lead generation cold outreach and client acquisition.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Selfmotivated targetdriven and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Understanding of festive and corporate gifting trends in the Indian market.
Full Time
