Our internal and external systems are an integrated suite of collaborative supply chain software applications that are designed to assist our operations teams and customers in managing international and domestic shipping challenges. This position is a part of our Distribution team. This team focuses on building and sustaining our proprietary warehouse management systems which are deployed to Expeditors branches around the world.
The Business Analyst/Product Owner (PO) will be a member of an agile software development team working on our distribution software using SAFe LeanAgile development practices. The PO serves as the customer proxy responsible for working with Product Management users and other stakeholders to prioritize and define the work of their team. The PO will collaborate with other leaders to set the vision for the teams work and be accountable to both technical and business stakeholders to deliver customer value. The PO must develop a strong grounding in the business domain that the team serves. The PO supports all team members in understanding how individual contributions align with the program vision. The PO must have a keen understanding of customer empathy and the customer value proposition to guide the ongoing development of their product to achieve customer satisfaction. The PO will clearly articulate the business outcomes and facilitate creation of features with clear acceptance criteria. The PO has a significant role in outcomefocused quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept work stories as complete.
What you will be doing:
This position is onsite and will reside in the greater Seattle WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Additional Information :
Expected base salary: $85000 to $135000
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
