Our designers come from a diverse set of skills and background design systems visual interaction content and product design. At ServiceNow design has a very intentional seat at the table so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the getgo.

- You will drive endtoend product design solutions and highfidelity detailed designs.
- As part of a crossfunctional team you will have the opportunity to present your ideas solicit feedback and review others proposals in a collaborative supportive working environment.
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 2 years of relevant design experience (internships included).
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating endtoend product design solutions including identifying user needs creating design solutions that address those needs and validating solutions with end users.
- Experience working with design tools to create featurelevel interactive designs wireframes and/or visual design solutions.
- A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate software web or agency)
