Senior People Generalist

Were looking for a Senior People Generalist to join Procores Global People Organization. In this role youll be a key part of the People Partner team working directly with the business and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement strategic people initiatives. Your primary goal will be to drive operational excellence streamline HR processes and provide critical support to People Partners.

As a Senior People Generalist youll partner with People Partners and COEs to deliver scalable HR solutions optimize processes and support businessdriven talent strategies. Use your problemsolving organizational agility and analytical skills to enhance HR operations provide valuable insights and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports into a Senior Director People Partner and will be based in our Costa Rica office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with People Partners and COEs to deliver efficient scalable HR solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain tools templates and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable highimpact solutions.
• Provide operational and analytical support to People Partners ensuring seamless of HR strategies.
• Collaborate across the People Organization to leverage expertise systems and processes that drive efficiency.
• Use data storytelling to communicate HR insights identify trends and recommend strategic improvements and analyze HR metrics and key trends identifying opportunities for optimization and action planning.
• Support talent initiatives including organizational design compensation reviews employee engagement and change management through communications analysis and presentations.
• Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations topics providing guidance and escalating when necessary.
• Participate in People Organization projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of human resources experience or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience working in a global tech company preferred and strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency with HR systems including Workday and strong Google Suite skills (Docs Sheets Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling through data.
• Strong organizational problemsolving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• High level of confidentiality professionalism and adaptability.
• Ability to communicate optimistically clearly and successfully with clients and handle customer inquiries with poise and professionalism is required and subject to verification via assessment
• Fluent English speaker required and subject to verification via assessment
