Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analyst to support our business development efforts. This role will focus on conducting indepth research and data analysis to help the team identify growth sectors and untapped opportunities across various regions and industries. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in similar roles be wellversed in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and data analysis and be proactive in gathering insights analyzing trends and organizing data to drive smarter more targeted engagement strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial as the role requires presenting findings and collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Growth Sector Identification: Analyze market trends industry shifts and economic data to pinpoint highpotential growth sectors and new opportunities for expansion.

Market & Client Research: Conduct indepth research on existing clients and target companies including locations service line needs key decisionmakers company updates and business trends.

Opportunity Mapping: Identify new avenues for client engagement within Occupier Services focusing on opportunities across multiple locations in Asia Pacific.

Internal Reporting: Track financials client activity and pipeline performance to ensure datadriven decisionmaking.

Pursuit Management: Maintain and update the pursuit database ensuring accurate tracking of leads proposals and next steps.

Sales Team Support: Manage CRM data conduct research on target companies to support meeting preparation and ensure accurate recording and organization of meeting notes.


Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in market research data analysis business intelligence or consulting preferably within real estate or related industries such as finance consulting or technology.
  • Degree or diploma in real estate finance economics would be ideal but not essential if it is offset by relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with AIdriven market research platforms or data analytics platforms to enhance data research and analysis is preferred.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft software skills including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong competence and experience in CRM platforms such Salesforce HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
