Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team at our Brisbane office. With the support of over 430 experts nationally this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our highprofile master planned community projects.
Specifically:
- Negotiation with stakeholders (clients Authorities other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals applications contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
- Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
Qualifications :
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery ideally in land development
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting commercial acumen and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
