Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Boston. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing support answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
