Job Description:
Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our Bostonbased team. As a representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Document all customer interactions using internal systems
Provide accurate information about services and products
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Meet individual and team performance targets
Follow company policies and procedures during all interactions
Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
