Job Description
SW Engineer with following expected skills as Agile Team member.
1. Read/Understand/Analyze requirement in Eng./Jap.
2. Clarify requirement with customer in Eng./Jap.
3. Learn & follow SW development process.
4. Use SW engineering tools*.
5. Plan/Align/Negotiate with Product Owner Project Manager & SW developers in Eng./Jap.
6. Read/Understand/Analyze source code in CLanguage.
7. Design/Implement/test SW**.
8. Create tools with Python CAPL etc which can improve SW development.
9. Collaborate with team member who located in world wide.
* DOORS Next JIRA Git/Github MS Teams Confluence etc.
** UML tool IDE Unit Test tool Debugger Vector tool etc.
Note:
Not all skills have to be managed 100 by one person. Work as a team.
Qualifications :
Basic PC/SW skill (Microsoft Office understanding of basic Programming Language).
Software development experience.
Work experience with international team.
