This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member youll be stationed at our instore service desk where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Your daytoday responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns exchanges refunds and transfers. Youll also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Also youll be able to help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
