The Workforce Planning Associate role resides on the Corporate IT (CIT) Business Operations team and supports contingent hiring for the entire CIT organization. The position requires an experienced business management professional with the ability to seamlessly flex between the strategic and the tactical. This position interacts with a wide range of stakeholders both within CIT and with crossfunctional teams including project managers Finance HR as well all people managers.
Essential Functions
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
Must have high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented and often time ambiguous environment.
Relevant work experience in a Workforce Planning or Business Operations context
Attention to detail and analytical rigor as well as the ability to synthesize and streamline information for executive reporting.
Proven ability to improve efficiency consistency and collaboration within the CIT organization and other key crossfunctional stakeholders.
