We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Spa Concierge Agent to join our luxurious spa facility in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our valued guests you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa providing a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling confirmations and modifications using our booking software
- Offer detailed information about spa treatments services and packages to guests
- Assist guests with selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception area
- Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with spa policies health regulations and safety standards
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry; experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and booking software
- Strong computer skills including MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of spa treatments services and wellness practices
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
