Job Description
The Dean of Registration and Systems Support (DRSS) plays a key role in managing student academic records high school scheduling and attendance systems while ensuring compliance with state and district regulations. This position serves as the primary contact for registrarrelated inquiries including transcripts enrollment changes and student credentials. In addition to streamlining enrollment processes the DRO provides firstline technology support and troubleshooting to student and staff devices working to optimize platforms like Infinite Campus and Google Workspace to enhance school operations data accuracy and reporting.

Hiawatha Employment Logistics
- HCHS students school day is from 8:45am3:45pm MondayThursday and 8:45am2:00pm on Friday.
- Staff must be present from 8:15am4:15pm MondayFriday or until all duties are completed for the next day.
- Professional development sessions are held each Friday from 2:15pm4:15pm.
- All Hiawatha Staff are expected to attend and participate in all family events at the school.
