Job purpose:
Lead shape and execute multistakeholder Brand Communications and Patient Relations strategies in full alignment with AbbVie brand and corporate objectives with a focus on positively shaping the environment to support patient access to medicines building AbbVies external profile with relevant stakeholders and delivering our business priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide input on trends and opportunities during preparation of affiliate patient strategy and brand plans.
- Propose patient strategies to Brand Teams which synergize with crossfunctional brand.
- objectives global reputation efforts and incountry objectives.
- Develop and lead a strategic proactive Patient Relation agenda to shape external issues towards patientcentricity.
- Build strategic relationships with patient associations to understand patients needs and
- concerns identify stakeholders and influencers align mutual priorities and plan activities that impact decision makers.
- Preparation of communication strategy.
- Play an active part within brand teams and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with crossfunctional colleagues to deliver on brand objectives.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree preferred in Communication PR Public Affairs or Medical/Pharmacy/Nursing Public Health.
- Deep understanding of polish healthcare environment previous relevant (global) company and/or PR experience in either pharmaceutical product communications or working for a patient.
- Experience of developing and implementing patient relations and integrated communications strategies across multiple channels.
- Actively listen to all internal/external stakeholders to understand their needs/issues/opinions.
- Strong critical thinking skills ability to synthesize complex information apply learnings build business plans and work in matrix environment.
- Excellent oral and written level of English.
- Experience and success track record of being able to empathize with patients to build insight into their needs/issues and strengthening communication channels.
