Product Specialist builds strong stakeholders partnership develop and monitor longterm relationships between AbbVie the account and the key stakeholders via account planning and . The role is responsible for maximising utilisation and patient outcomes of the AbbVie portfolio of pharmaceutical products and services for Oncology field (solid tumors) in designated territories in the Morava region. Product Specialist is responsible for driving and achieving the business objectives within the allocated budget.
Main responsibilities:
Account Management
- Understand the account situation challenges and needs;
- Formulate comprehensive robust and insightdriven plans and deliver on agreed objectives and tactics; manage the account plan according to agreed timelines and budget;
- Conduct market surveillance and communicate infield intelligence on customer insights external stakeholder activities and trends to internal stakeholders; support and collaborate with KAMs hospital;
- Operate in a manner that is always in line with compliance and legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies;
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop longterm relationships between AbbVie and key strategic accounts and
their stakeholders; - Identify key external stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs collaborating on initiatives and cocreating mutually beneficial solutions that will add value to them and the patients;
- Drive the implementation of the innovative offerings with key stakeholders and help differentiate AbbVie from its competitors;
- Support and advise Healthcare professionals on the correct use of AbbVie product and services portfolio.
CrossFunctional Team Leadership
- Proactively coordinate collaboration with marketing medical and market access (and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment in objectives and activities with accounts and external stakeholders;
- Monitor the account plan progress and hold collaborators and self accountable as agreed;
- Lead the core account team meetings and present account plans and progress at relevant local meetings to the management identify and address any collaboration misalignments;
Operational Excellence
- Prioritize and manage accounts within assigned territory by assessing appropriate business opportunities;
- Systematically analyze the success of plans and propose mitigating actions as needed;
- Make changes as needed based on new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives
- Orchestrates different channels to provide the best content for clients
- Proactively employs creative thinking to best meet client needs continuously strive to identify maximum value for both clients and AbbVie.
Qualifications :
Skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree;
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience with at least 3 years within an ONCOLOGY environment
- Experience in sales and management of customer relationships across the full spectrum of customer types in the healthcare industry;
- Account management experience is desirable;
- Therapy and Product area knowledge and Healthcare environment knowledge;
- Exceptional communication skills in Czech language;
- English language skills on communicative level including good understanding of written texts ;
- PC skills needed (MS Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook);
- Driving licence B.
