- Establish strategic collaborations with key pharmacy chains and build effective JBP (Joint Business Plan) and longterm winwin relationship
- Annual contract negotiation and marketing activities sell in
- Deliver sales targets and other business goals according to annual business plan
- Leverage the key pharmacy chains to do patient education and extend the DOT
- Develop tailormade programs based on the system and customer needs of key pharmacy chains
- Regular visit to pharmacy chain headquarter and key subsidiaries
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on monthly basis and provide action plan
Qualifications :
- Bachelor and above
- Minimum 58 Years health care industry commercial experience
- Minimum 5 years business experience in retail pharmarceutical industry with key accounts management experience
- Result driven and proven sales record
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong business insights and market analysis abilities
- Strong project management and problemsolving skills able to work under pressure
- Familiar usage of Office Software
- Need to be able to frequent business travel.
