Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Tax Accountant to join our team. This role involves preparing and reviewing various tax returns providing expert guidance on complex tax matters and collaborating with clients on their unique financial needs. Our firm is committed to serving the Tampa Bay area and beyond offering professional advisory services in taxation accounting and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and state individual tax returns including those for corporations S corporations LLCs partnerships trusts and gift taxes.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
- Assist clients with diverse tax scenarios including foreign bank accounts expat taxation and business structures.
- Provide clear communication and support to clients and staff addressing inquiries and offering expert tax guidance.
- Contribute to the collaborative and flexible work environment demonstrating a proactive and energetic approach to problemsolving.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license.
- 5 10 years of tax experience particularly in public accounting or within a CPA firm.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
- A meticulous and clientfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
- A positive outgoing personality with a sense of responsibility and dedication to your work.
