Monday Thursday 6:00am 4:30pm (Fridays reserved for overtime)

Position Summary
MTI Inc. is seeking a reliable honest and skilled person who likes working with his or her hands to create and assemble wood components for our bestinclass medical chairs and medical cabinets. $18 and up based on experience

Responsibilities
- Come to work as scheduled and planned. Adhere to your schedule.
- Be a positive and energetic worker and contribute to our positive work environment.
- Listen to read and follow directions (work instructions and policies).
- Upholster highquality medical/dental chairs by following drawings and diagrams to ensure meeting quality shape and finish standards.
- Use power and hand tools (foam saw staple gun heat gun screw gun tape measure and scissors).
- Clean and maintain the work area.
Position requirements
- Prior experience manufacturing or repairing upholstery preferred.
- Experience as a tailor or seamstress preferred.
- Able lift 50 pounds safely.
- Arm and hand strength to pull and form upholstery over wood and foam.
- Attention to detail dependable cooperative able to follow instructions and willing to learn.
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
