The Opportunity
Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges We are seeking aServiceNow Administrator/Developer experimentedto play a pivotal role in our ongoing strategic transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our ServiceNow platform focusing on advanced integrations automation and process optimization while also mentoring and guiding our junior team members.
In this senior role you will not only enhance our ServiceNow instance into a DevOpscompliant environment but also lead efforts to improve the CMDB drive process efficiency and ensure seamless integration across systems. Your expertise will help accelerate the performance of our ITSM processes while supporting and developing the skills of junior colleagues to ensure the longterm growth of the team.
DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support junior administrators and developers sharing your knowledge and helping them grow. Act as a goto technical expert for the team.
- ServiceNow Administration & Development: Oversee the configuration customization and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Manage users groups roles and permissions with a comprehensive view of the platforms full capabilities.
- Advanced Integrations & Automation: Design develop and implement complex integrations and automation workflows using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and other ServiceNow connectors to optimize IT processes.
- CMDB and Configuration Management: Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4 experience managing CI relationships and IRE rules.
- Agile Leadership: deal with enhancements and deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies collaborating with the PO and business analysts cross to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Documentation & Training: Produce highquality documentation and user guides and lead training sessions for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders helping users and administrators fully utilize the ServiceNow platform.

- Minimum 5 years of experience developing implementing configuring and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- ServiceNow Administration & Development: Extensive experience with JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and REST/SOAP APIs.
- ITSM Management: Deep understanding of ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change and Request Management and their best practices.
- CMDB & Configuration Management: Advanced knowledge of ServiceNows CMDB CSDM and how to manage CI relationships to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Workflows & Automation: Expert in designing and implementing automated workflows using Flow Designer Workflow Editor and other ServiceNow tools.
- ServiceNow Integrations: Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty systems and tools through REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- ServiceNow CSM: Expertise in managing and optimizing external customer portals through ServiceNow CSM.
- ITIL v4 Certification
- Any ServiceNow Certifications among (System Administrator Platform Implementation ITSM CMDB)
- Experience in projects that reduce customizations and bring ServiceNow back to baseline is a plus.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to lead and develop junior team members acting as a technical mentor and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- SolutionOriented & Autonomous: Ability to independently drive technical solutions and improvements while taking a proactive handson approach to problemsolving.
