Job Description
STV is seeking a Contract Control Specialist for our PM/CM group in NYC.
We are looking for a detailoriented professional with strong accounting/ finance skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with large teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and processing of contractors invoicing according to company and clients guidelines.
Ensuring all documents meet set standards in terms of quality and compliance.
Manage and maintain all controlled documents including processing and recording revisions.
Inputting document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Support Project Managers and project teams with document control and distribution tasks.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 5 years of full time experience in project management design construction operations administration or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with public agency contract administration is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A selfstarter with a proactive resultsoriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation Range:
