Job Description
- Performs daily inspection of all outlet and activity and assures readiness according to standards and sustains inventory of equipment linen and other supplies.
- Maintains fast accurate service positive guest relations and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
- Maintains the highest standards of service and ambiance.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of two 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Serviceoriented high guest service skills and strong leadership skills to lead colleagues to excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations and equipment.
