What youll do
You will be part of the SAP Labs Munich team and work closely with the SAP Labs Munich Customer Engagement Lead and the Experience Center Munich Team being exposed to a variety of topics while you are given the opportunity to shape a bestinclass endtoend customer experience at SAP Munich customer relevant locations with high impact to our SAP Labs Munich customer strategy pillar.
In your role you will:
- Support customer meetings and events endtoend
- Setup and manage a customer engagement endtoend process (preparation event day followup & feedback)
- Schedule external and internal visits and events in the Experience Center
- Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit
- Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations customizations and bring content to live in the Center
- Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects
We are looking for candidates who can work with us for at least six months for 20 hours or more/week (in average of course this is flexible regarding phases of preparation for exams semester breaks etc.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Currently enrolledin a university degree program in relevant disciplines such as business administration marketing event project management or related fields of study
- Fluently in both written and spoken German and English
- Software skills: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook MS teams is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan prioritize and manage work effectively and efficiently
- You can work independently are very engaged and think strategically
- You are creative collaborative and customer oriented
- A team player attitude with a passion for creating impact together
