Chamberlain School/ Arden T. Litt Centre for Learning Grassy Lake
Chamberlain School is a PreKindergarten to Grade 9 school and Arden T. Litt Centre for Learning is a Grade 10 to 12 school located in Grassy Lake AB approximately 1 hour East of Lethbridge; it is a predominantly Low German Speaking Mennonite demographic. Our staff of 16 provide service to approximately 113 students from Grassy Lake and area.
1.0 FTE Temporary Teacher Junior High
Assignment includes teaching Junior High 69 Math Science and P.E.
This position includes teaching split grades of 6/7 and 8/9 students. The position includes Math 6/7 and 8/9 as well as P.E. 6/7 and 8/9. Science is a cycled curriculum and science 7 and 9 will be taught in 2024/25. We are looking for someone who is excited to work with junior high students and is able to show a great amount of differentiation in their planning and teaching in order to reach split graded and students not on grade level.
This position will commence April 28 2025 and will conclude on June 26 2025.
