Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Casino Credit Supervisor the incumbent is responsible for processing guests application forcredit line and ensures proper completion of all related documents Duties include but not limited to:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Safeguards Credit Department assets.
  • Enters data from credit applications and reports into computerized system.
  • Files credit applications.
  • Verifies bank information on credit applications.
  • Maintains customer credit files with updated information as prompted by computerized system.
  • Accepts and processes telephone applications.
  • Handles customer correspondence discrepancies on credit applications.
  • Enters appropriate credit information (i.e. restrictions) into computerized system.
  • Reviews Central Credit Daily Report for affected inhouse accounts.
  • Makes credit reference inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 1 year of similar experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Computer related experience desired including AS400 CMS and/or ACSC systems. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills along with good phone etiquette.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk distances.
  • The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor you may be exposed to casinorelated environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise.
