Overview:
This position is eligible to receive a $20000SignOn Bonus.
5 X 8 hours shifts
Rotating weekends holidays and call
Job Description Summary:
Job Description:
- Operates and maintains specialized radiologic equipment to produce highquality images for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Prepares patients for procedures by explaining the process positioning them correctly and administering contrast agents as required.
- Monitors patients vital signs and responses during procedures and intervenes as necessary to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and execute complex interventional procedures such as angioplasty and stent placement.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of procedures patient information and equipment maintenance and usage.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and infection control procedures to minimize risk to patients and staff.
Education Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology required.
Licensure Requirement:
- Active Status with the Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
- Current ODH License required
Certifications:
Current CPR Certification required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Two years of clinical experience in Radiologic Sciences required.
- One year of Interventional experience preferred.
- Experience in pediatric setting preferred.
