WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Support forPMandPOHandles service requests / escalations to reduce operational workloads for PMs and POs.
  • IncidentManagement
  • Responsible for managing and resolvingP3and P4 incidents that cannot be addressed within acceptable timeframes through standard processes.
  • Acts as a complementary force to the CarIT Service DesksMIMprocess focusing onP3/P4 incidents whileMIMhandles P1/P2 incidents.
  • Continuous Improvement of Processes (CIP)Drives continuous improvements in incident management processes in close collaboration with the CarIT Service Desk.
  • Responsibility for ARTGDCand ART SODAThis represents the initial scope of responsibilities with the potential to be extended in the future to include additional teams or arts.
  • Meetings and Collaboration
  • Conducts ServiceReviewMeetings in coordination withDevOpsteams and the CarIT Service Desk.
  • Participates inPM/POmeetings to promote unified communication.
  • DCC Connect 24h.
  • Escalation ManagementEffectively manages escalations in alignment with relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Service ContinuityEnsures service continuity through collaboration with teams outside the solution and with other solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Technical and Operational ExpertiseProven experience in IT application management especially inDevOpsenvironments.

  • IncidentManagementProcessUnderstandingKnowledge ofMIMprocesses and the ability to complement them effectively by managing lowerpriority incidents (P3/P4.

  • ITILExpertiseSolid understanding and application ofITILframeworks with the ability to optimize service management processes based onITILprinciples.

  • Communication and ProblemSolving SkillsStrong analytical abilities to address and prioritize complex issues efficiently.

  • Project and Service ManagementFamiliarity with Agile andSAFeframeworks as well as tools for incident and escalation management.

  • CustomerOrientationAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Teamwork and CoordinationEffective collaboration with diverse teams (in and outside of the solution) and external partners.
