About the Role:
Garden City Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced or newly licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team on a per diem basis. This is a flexible opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient condition and response
Communicate with families physicians and staff
Support EMR documentation using PCC
Guide CNAs and LVNs on shift
Participate in care planning and compliance processes
Requirements:
RN license (California)
CPR certification
Skilled nursing or rehab experience a plus
Knowledge of PointClickCare (preferred)
Strong communication and critical thinking
