Join our dynamic and collaborative IT team at ! As a Business Analyst for Legal & Compliance you will be at the forefront of our digitalization journey working closely with the Group Legal & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our legal departments. Your Role meaningful & rewarding
- Support the Group Legal & Compliance team in their digital transformation and take ownership of IT projects and services
- Translate business challenges into clear requirements and develop tailored IT solutions
- Act as a consultant applying indepth functional contextual and organizational knowledge to support business needs
- Coordinate project portfolios budgets and reporting activities while ensuring timely and costeffective project
- Ensure stable operations of IT services and continuously drive improvements
- Manage external providers and foster effective collaboration for successful project and service delivery
Your Profile authentic & openminded
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Economics or a related field with experience in a techdriven environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills with a structured and goaloriented approach
- Knowledge of digitalization data and IT architecture combined with an innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams
- Independent working style with a proactive attitude towards digital transformation
