Job Description

Are you an Administration professional with an eye for detail impeccable communication and a passion for people We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Talent team and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboard experience for our employees and volunteers.

As an Administration Officer in Talent you will be responsible for supporting the employee/volunteer onboarding experience including reviewing candidate compliance requirements and reviewing employment/volunteer agreements for accuracy and alignment with relevant industrial instruments (awards/agreements). In this role you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team Hiring Managers and Payroll to provide administrative support in this regard.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a real knack for prioritisation and you understand the importance of working within tight timeframes. This is an administration heavy role and while most days will be the same in terms of activities we will also welcome your valuable input into our systems and processes to support us in understanding efficiencies that can be achieved.

Were hoping youll join our fantastic Whiddon family at Glenfield (Support Services) on a fixed term basis for nine 9 months working part time hours across five days per week. Enjoy a hybrid working model giving you a positive work life balance.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritise multitask and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office & Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Previous experience in administration and familiarity with HR & Payrollrelated software.
  • The ability to understand and apply industrial agreements awards and pay rates.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
