You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Process & Project Manager you will drive key eCommerce transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with TVHs goal of becoming an eCommercefirst organization. Your mission is to enhance the customer journey on TVH platforms by managing programs and projects that deliver impactful scalable results. Youll be part of the Commercial department focusing on eCommerce & Marketing.
You lead and coordinate B2B eCommerce (incl. marketing segmentation and merchandising) transformation initiatives that align with TVHs broader strategy.
You manage individual programs and multiple projects from planning through ensuring each meets defined objectives.
You monitor timelines and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality.
You proactively identify potential risks and challenges implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
You act as the central point of contact between teams ensuring clear consistent and timely updates across all project phases. Facilitate open communication and collaboration between crossfunctional departments.
You identify and address challenges that could impact project outcomes. Escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions ensuring smooth of each initiative.
You codesign and optimize business processes and (new) capabilities related to eCommerce ensuring they are efficient scalable and aligned with the organizations goals in alignment with functional leadership.
You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buyin for the transformation on a global and local level.
You are part of the eCommerce Transformation Office.
You hold a masters degree in a relevant field or bring equivalent experience.
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience demonstrating a strong focus on project management skills and process design.
You are decisive analytical resultsdriven and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
You handle challenges and resistance with a calm adaptive approach and can pivot strategies when needed.
With the global reach of this position your English skills are excellent.
You are an effective multitasker and a creative problemsolver able to devise solutions even in complex scenarios.
You possess strong organizational abilities can meet deadlines consistently and communicate effectively across various levels.
You excel in team collaboration fostering positive relationships and building networks.
You are techsavvy comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly adapt to new technologies to improve processes and outcomes.
You are handson proactively seeking solutions and leveraging technology to streamline workflows and achieve goals.
You are open to occasional travel up to 15 of the time.
