Were looking for a Lead Architect (f/m/d) to design and govern a resilient cuttingedge AI automation architecture that drives innovation and this role youll ensure that all AI automation solutions align with industry best practices security standards and longterm scalability. As a key technical leader youll provide strategic vision define best practices and oversee the technical roadmap for AIdriven automation across multiple functional teams.

What youll doing
- Define and maintain AI automation architecture to ensure resilience scalability and security
- Lead technical governance and best practices for AI solution development and deployment
- Manage and mentor software engineers and subject matter experts fostering a highperformance technical team
- Collaborate with product managers data scientists and platform engineers to drive successful AI integrations
- Establish technical standards and guidelines for AIpowered automation solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation technologies to drive innovation
- Ensure smooth coordination and alignment with enterprisewide architecture
What you bring
- 8 years of experience in software architecture AI or automation systems with strong background on building scalable and resilient AIpowered solutions
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
- Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams setting architectural direction and fostering technical excellence
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms AI/ML models and automation frameworks ensuring seamless integration and scalability
- Strong knowledge of security data governance and compliance best practices to maintain robust and compliant systems
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
- Industry experience in music media or digital publishing is a plus
