Reports to: Director of Operations and Customer Relations
Summary/Objective
The Logistics & Operations Intern will experience several areas within our logistics and operations teams performing real world functions in logistics routing and scheduling client relations inventory control and analytics.
Potential Functions
- Logistics routing scheduling and invoicing
- Client relations contacts and transactions
- Inventory control entries and investigations
- Operations analytics
- Assists with special projects
- Helps in other areas as requested
Competencies
- Organizational and timemanagement skills
- Detail Oriented
- Outstanding telephone etiquette with strong verbal written and electronic communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook Word and Excel)
- Advanced Problem Solving/Analytical Skills
