Job Description

IDEXX is seeking a Senior Product Manager OnMarket Oncology Diagnostics to lead and optimize our growing portfolio of oncology diagnostic assays. This role will play a critical function in ensuring continued success adoption and expansion of our onmarket products.

IDEXXs Oncology team is at the forefront of veterinary cancer diagnostics developing innovative solutions that empower veterinarians with early detection monitoring and treatment insights.

As a Senior Product Manager you will work closely with research and development medical affairs and commercial teams to bring groundbreaking solutions to market ensuring that every new assay meets the highest standards for accuracy reliability and clinical impact.

This is a highprofile global role with worldwide responsibility requiring deep collaboration across crossfunctional teams to ensure our oncology diagnostics deliver maximum value to veterinarians pet owners and the broader market.

In this Role:

  • Lead the strategy and for onmarket oncology diagnostics ensuring commercial success and adoption through datadriven optimization and customer engagement.
  • Serve as thevoice of the customer gathering and analyzing market insights customer feedback and clinical data to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Develop and manage theonmarket product roadmap prioritizing enhancements new features and postlaunch initiatives to strengthen IDEXXs leadership in veterinary oncology.
  • Partner withsales marketing medical affairs and R&D teamsto refine messaging optimize pricing strategies and enhance product positioning.
  • Monitor and evaluateproduct performance metrics identifying trends opportunities and gaps to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts maintaining a deep understanding of theveterinary oncology diagnostics marketand IDEXXs unique value proposition.
  • Supportglobal expansion efforts working closely with regional teams to ensure successful market entry beyond North America.
  • Train and educate internal teams and external stakeholders on product updates clinical applications and market positioning.
  • Ensureregulatory compliance and quality standardsare met across all product iterations and geographic markets.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 710 years of product management experience preferably in healthcare diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Proven track record in managingonmarket products driving continuous improvements postlaunch.
  • Experience inveterinary or human oncology diagnosticspreferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data market trends and customer insights.
  • Exceptional ability toinfluence crossfunctional teamsand manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to develop andexecute commercial strategiesto maximize product value and market penetration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global business needs.
