Were seeking a Division Director of Strategy & Operations for Home Dialysis who will help us achieve our goal of doubling the number of patients on home dialysis by 2025. The Division Director Strategy & Operations Home Dialysis is responsible for driving business growth and supporting clinical outcomes throughout the division. This will be accomplished by acting on a strategic vision building relationships exercising influence and ensuring ongoing training and education occur across the division.
This position will be located in Brooklyn/Bronx NY area.
Why home dialysis Patients who choose home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis can dialyze from the comfort of home giving them better control of their treatment schedules more time for themselves their families their jobs and the activities they enjoyed before starting dialysis. Patients may also see improved clinical outcomes over the chronic or incenter setting. Payers and the integrated care system see home as a critical strategy for improving outcomes and reducing costs to the system.

What to Expect in this Role
Growth
Develop and execute on strategic growth plans for your division
Oversee Home physician engagement for the region
Maintain and grow hospital partnerships
Partner with incenter clinical teams to deliver quality modality education for patients
Clinical
Ensure development and implementation of policies procedures and resources to help patients assume responsibility for their own health maintenance
Drive clinical and operational outcomes
Financials / Operations / Teammate Development
Report financial and operational statuses to divisional leadership
Achieve productivity ratios as well as budget targets for operational goals through the use and/or implementation of the appropriate tools
Participate in budget formulation across division; monitor staffing and patient loads.
Travel: Up to 5070 local travel in the Brooklyn/Bronx NY area

Required Qualifications
Multisite management experience is a plus
Bachelors degree Masters preferred
High business acumen
Demonstrated interpersonal collaborative and relationshipbuilding skills; ability to interact positively with a variety of colleagues and partners.
Ability to analyze data and act on it
Ability to influence and understand different points of view to drive change
Commitment to patient centered care

Salary/ Wage Range
$100100.00$147000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
