Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory transactions within the M2M ERP system.
Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in inventory records.
Collaborate with purchasing production and shipping departments to maintain proper inventory levels.
Identify and investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to forecast inventory needs.
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry best practices.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of inventory control processes.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in inventory control.
Direct experience using M2M (Made2Manage) ERP software is required.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of lean inventory practices or Six Sigma principles.
Pay: $1820/hr
