Join our dynamic healthcare information technology team at First Databank (FDB) where we transform drug and medical device data into actionable knowledge. Our solutions are used by thousands of hospitals the majority of U.S. health plans retail pharmacies and millions of healthcare decisionmakers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team for a 6week project. This role will report to the People Operations Manager and focus on delivering a specific HR project within the given timeframe. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highengagement environment and make a significant impact by efficiently handling projectbased HR tasks.

Project Overview:

  • Objective:To enhance and streamline the talent acquisition process.
  • Deliverables:A comprehensive talent acquisition strategy including updated job descriptions a new recruitment handbook and a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.
  • Timeline:6 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to assess the current talent acquisition process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and update job descriptions to ensure they are engaging and informative.
  • Create a new recruitment handbook that includes all necessary information for hiring managers.
  • Implement a feedback mechanism to gather input from candidates and make continuous improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Present the final talent acquisition strategy to the HR team and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and quickly with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with exceptional flexibility.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A good sense of humor and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment.

Required Experience:

  • BS or BA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
