POSITION: ProfessionalApplication/Product Support

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas TX 75202 and various work locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home

DUTIES: Perform application monitoring and response application problem management/resolution application change management and implementation. Work as a liaison and escalation point for clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert across the business and application towers for the business processes they represent. Manage ownership and/or leadership of Critical Business Services (CBS). Utilize tools to analyze E2E Business Transaction Flows across Application EcoSystems with Business Partners. Assist with Business flow Monitoring and Response Issue Life Cycle Management/Resolution and Root cause analysis and resolution. Partner with COE and Business on Business Case justification Service Assurance Management Status and Metrics. Serve as 24X7 support in the event of an outage and must be knowledgeable about the specific applications they support. Monitor application availability or end to end application performance and metrics via a standard tool set and take proactive actions as issues arise. Interface closely with 3rd party vendors as needed. Manage application availability issues. Solve nonroutine problems by independently applying judgment to established analysis and standard approaches for CBS business issues and transaction flow thru issues. Continuous integration configuration management business requirement assessment release management change management process understanding understand requirements deployment monitoring/triage and supporting production applications. Drive outage calls within the Tier1 Tier2 support area Trouble ticket management root cause analysis action item assignment leadership and client communication. Utilize MS Office Suite (MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS OneNote MS Teams MS Outlook and MS OneDrive). Use project management tools including JIRA Agile Waterfall and MS Project. Use collaboration tools including Confluence. Utilize programming languages including JavaScript C C HTML and XML Python. Use database servers (SQL Server My SQL).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems Electrical Engineering or Information Technology in Managment and four 4 years of experience in the job offered or four 4 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing MS Office Suite (MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS OneNote MS Teams MS Outlook and MS OneDrive); using project management tools including JIRA Agile Waterfall and MS Project; using collaboration tools including Confluence; utilizing programming languages including JavaScript C C HTML and XML Python; and using database servers (SQL Server My SQL).
