What youll do

As a member of the German Commercial Cloud team within SAPs Global Commercial Finance department you will get the opportunity to bring out the best in you in providing commercial support to contribute to SAPs success. In this role you will be closely collaborating with several stakeholders across the regions such as Sales Legal Revenue Recognition and Global Commercial Finance Center of Expertise.

The keyaspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

• Supporting Sales in shaping deals for SAPs customers and coordinate activities across multifunctional teams from a deals quote to its closing.
• Reviewing and approving deals while ensuring compliance and completeness of quotes.
• Preparing contractual documents from templates as well as drafting legal language for deal specifics.
• Guiding and advising our internal stakeholders especially the Sales team on approvals policies and contracting requirements.
• Playing an active role to drive automation standardization and process improvements.

What you bring

• University Degree preferably in Business or Economics is advantageous.
• Language skills in German (C1 required) and English (B2.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel Word and Outlook).
• Ability to multitask prioritize and find solutions to business challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Diligent work ethic and strong analytical skills.
• Internal and external Customer Focus approach.
• Strong communication skills proactive mindset and can do attitude.
• Previous experience in sales supporting functions is a plus.

The Global Commercial Finance Germany team currently comprises two Cloud teams and one OnPremise/Private Cloud team. We are openminded people and have created a great atmosphere to work in with most colleagues located in Walldorf and Berlin.
