This role is within Chamberlain Groups -Partner Engagement and Loyalty team. A successful incumbent is responsible for supporting partner communications and ensuring that voice of partner is heard and reflected in all communications and throughout our program benefit offering. This individual will be required to (i) support partner communications across online and offline channels that increases customer engagement and drives desired behaviors that support business priorities (ii) be a consistent Voice of the Customer to the business units- by supporting partner councils and NPS reporting (iii) assist with program benefits execution while monitoring utilization. Requires 4 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant and meaningful content for partners is delivered optimizing engagement metrics (e.g. opt out rates open rates etc.) and validate - targeted audience reach.
Assist with maintaining overall communications calendar aligned to business goals and strategic initiatives.
Support execution of monthly newsletters (Lift Master Insider Community etc.) by ensuring all content is received to maintain deadlines and review proofs for quality accuracy and consistency.
Oversee and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner inbox(s) with consistent tone/messaging and escalating accordingly.
Oversee all Dealer Locator registrations and edit requests via the MetaLocator platform.
Assist with upholding partner councils to capture real-time feedback from key stakeholders (e.g. partners technicians end-users) on initiatives and New Product Development (NPD) ensuring readiness for go-to-market (GTM) success.
Assist with managing partner benefit programs that support channel initiatives; oversee daily operations and track utilization.
Lead comprehensive plans to communicate established channel programs to internal and external audiences; monitor and measure communication effectiveness.
Analyze key performance indicators (engagement rates campaign performance adoption etc.) and translate data into actionable insights by regularly generating and presenting reports.
Support gathering and tracking broad partner feedback tracking (e.g. Net Promoter Score) and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure major concerns are addressed.
Manage and support all assigned tasks in correspondence with effective timelines.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
4 years of relevant work experience
Experience with email communication and audience planning strategy deployment
Experience with analytics platforms and business intelligence reporting tools
Experience in business-to-business sales
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel Word Ppt. Power BI etc.)
Ability to travel up to 10% of time - North America
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce/Pardot
Experience with Workfront
Experience with Widen

The payrange for this position is $81500.00- $132725.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
