Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Provides a full range of benefits and wellbeing support for US segment of the organization.
Determines associate benefits eligibility.
Performs associate enrollment and updates based on employment life and other status changes.
Delivers newhire benefits orientation.
Advises / supports the assigned organization on annual merit short and longterm incentives and administration.
Facilitates annual open enrollment fairs to educate associates on benefits health wellbeing and retirement benefits.
Short and longterm disability and jobrelated medical accommodations.
Facilitates / supports retirement plan eligibility enrollment termination and related activity.
Responds to associate benefits and wellbeing questions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 24 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
