Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments across various service lines to identify skill gaps and training needs for the contract.
• Collaborate with leadership subject matter experts and key stakeholders to refine and enhance training programs to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Design and develop training programs to address identified needs and ensure personnel readiness.
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks to manage ongoing training competency and verification processes.
• Uphold training governance systems and processes in accordance with Ventias standards.
• Develop and execute training curricula acrossservice lines ensuring effective systems are in place to support these activities.
• Oversee the procurement of external training providers when required.
• Develop PowerBI reports to track and report on training compliance and effectiveness.

Are you the right fit for this role

• Australian Citizenship is required.
• A Bachelors degree in Education Training and Development Human Resources or a related field.
• Certification as a Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or membership in the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is highly regarded.
• Extensive experience in training and development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
• Experience in managing the transition of personnel through training programs.
• Proficiency with training software and tools such as LMS and elearning platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies.
• A deep understanding of training and development principles and best practices.
