About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate BoardCertified Dermatologist to join our clinical research program as a SubInvestigator (SubI) for dermatology studies. The Dermatology SubI will work closely with the Principal Investigator and research team to conduct clinical trials providing essential medical oversight and patient care. No prior research experience is requiredwe will provide training to ensure your success in this role. Ideal for physicians seeking parttime or limited engagements. This role offers flexibility in scheduling to accommodate busy professionals or those seeking supplemental work. This role is structured as an independent contractor/1099 position.

As part of our team you will oversee clinical research activities at the following location:
Southern California
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to oversee the medical and clinical aspects of dermatology clinical trials (Phase IIV).
Conduct patient assessments physical exams and other protocolspecific tasks for clinical trial participants.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants by monitoring their responses and adherence to the protocol.
Assist with evaluating patient eligibility and enrollment for clinical trials.
Support clinical trial compliance by adhering to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Help communicate study details and treatment options to participants while maintaining strong rapport with patients and the research team.
Collaborate with the internal research team including research coordinators and regulatory staff to support successful trial .
Qualifications:
Board Certification in Dermatology with at least 12 years of clinical experience posttraining.
Active medical license in the state of the research site (California) with no history of suspension or debarment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients staff and sponsors.
Detailoriented with a focus on patient safety and trial compliance.
No prior clinical trial experience requiredtraining will be provided.
Proximity to a research clinic with the flexibility to be onsite as needed.
