Job Summary:

Consults and leads projects for a wide range of technology related issues for customers to meet their business objectives while adhering to standards and processes.

What You Will Do:

Consult on client requirements and propose technology solutions and business cases; guide in evaluating selecting and utilizing new and existing tools and techniques.
Provide guidance and solutions on comprehensive technology issues for internal and external customers.
Lead the design testing and technology implementation of technical projects.
Ensure that the design and implementation of technologies are compliant with existing standards and processes.

Champions the use and development of new techniques of business analysis for meeting the everchanging business requirements.
Creates a metric system for evaluating the performance of specific business analysis tools and techniques in the organization.
Establishes internal best practices guidelines and procedures for performing business analysis of projects.
Monitors industry and marketplace trends and directions of business analysis techniques and tools.
Promotes leveraging business analysis techniques organizationwide for better business results and performance.
Trains others on ways to achieve optimum business analysis results.

Helps create contingency plans to mitigate impact of disruption on core applications.
Identifies key players criticalities roles and responsibilities.
Investigates applicationrelated issues with both business and IT professionals.
Recommends enhancements for a major application system or related subsystems.
Works with core application systems for a major business unit or function.

Planning: Tactical Strategic:
Contributes to shortterm operational plans.
Anticipates and adapts to plan changes.
Monitors progress of work against plan as required to meet objectives.
Reports variances and makes agreedupon corrections.
Under guidance develops tactical plan for own direct responsibility.

Products and Services:
Obtains information about product and service linkages with other products and services elsewhere in organization.
Researches the target market and how the product and services are sold and delivered.
Explains current status delivery alternatives and announced updates to products and services.
Summarizes key features of major products or services in own unit.
Assesses own units product alternatives costs and pricing.

Analytical Thinking:
Seeks discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information; explains variances.
Organizes and prioritizes the sequence of steps to be taken to remedy the situation.
Identifies many possible causes for a problem based on prior experience and current research.
Quantifies the costs benefits risks and chances for success before recommending a course of action.
Approaches a complex problem by breaking it down into its component parts.
Chooses among a diverse set of analytical tools according to the nature of the situation.

Application Delivery Process:
Clarifies to others a specific development methodology or process.
Researches phase and task dependencies and considerations.
Explains relevant documentation standards policies and practices.
Documents associated phases activities deliverables and processes.
Works with development or delivery of an application.

IT Standards Procedures & Policies:
Evaluates the effectiveness of IT policies through professional group discussions.
Designs organizational IT policies standards and procedures.
Develops templates for designing IT standards and procedures for technical business plans.
Monitors the implementation of IT standards and procedures in IT projects or services.
Manages the process for IT standards and procedures delivery and implementation ensuring the organization is under effective management.
Revises IT policies standards and procedures based on each departments feedback.

System and Technology Integration:
Designs and develops applications or technology interfaces and bridges.
Documents existing best practices for system or technology integration processes.
Identifies and quantifies risks of proposed alternatives to a system or technology integration initiative.
Delivers training on major issues interfaces considerations and potential pitfalls and risks.
Discusses with line areas on data technology and application integration issues.
Advises others in how to integrate projects across multiple technologies.

The location for this position is Mossville IL.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position will require less than 10 travel.
